standard or specifications for low temperature plasma nitriding on 17-4 PH

Hi, two part question here:
Is there an AMS or ASTM standard, or similar, for low temperature plasma nitriding of stainless steels?
We are updating some drawings as we are considering new suppliers, and want to make sure the plasma treatment is still being done correctly if they choose a new supplier.
What is normal to specify on a 17-4 PH stainless steel after low temperature plasma treatment?
I have done a lot of low temperature nitriding in my studies and done research on how to improve it, but I am embarrassingly oblivious as to what the best practice is in the industry. Any recommendations on what we can ask for, can we specify some wear and corrosion properties e.g. can we say it must survive a ASTM G48 A test for 24 hours at 25 degree with zero corrosion? Or is it only normal to specify total layer depth, visual layer depth and surface hardness, or not even that much?

Thank you in advance, I hope you can help me learn!
