stairwell pressurization in tower

i have pressurization stairwell in 23 story tower,the design criteria was done for two open doors.
if i measure the differential pressure across closed doors in case two internally doors open easy to pass the system.
but in case we considered the main exit which lead to out side the pressure will drop up to n5 pa only.
please advice what to do in this case?

When you write n5 pa, do you mean that the stairwell becomes negative with respect to the building interior, so that smoke in the building would flow into the stairwell on the upper floors when the main exit is open?

Here is a sort-of related thread from not too long ago. It's not directly to your point, but the ideas in there could come into play here.
