Stability of Isopropyl Ether during Storage

We currently store Isopropyl Ether in a 20,000 gallon 316 SS Tank. The Isopropyl Ether was purchased with BHT added to stablize it against peroxide formation.

I need to get guidelines on how long we can store this material - turnover has been very slow. How we can test for peroxide formation. What levels of peroxide are considered dangerous, etc.

Any help would be welcome.
