Cleaning of perpex glass on storage tank

There is perpex glass jar installed on the top of the acid storage. Glass jar contains silica gel. With the passage of time glass jar surface has become opaque( not clear). Now we have dismounted the glass jar but are clueless to clean it. Pls guide

Is it similar to the silica water stains on the glass door of the shower room?
May try to use Oxiclean to wash the glass jar or consider to replace the jar as well.

The problem with 'glass' is that there are only about a dozen different kinds.
My hunch is that you have etched the surface and it needs to be replaced.

Your question didn't make sense to me and needs more information and picture.

Perspex is not "glass" but acrylic. Which is it?

What did you mean by "glass jar" and why did it matter that there is "silica gel" inside it?

"Acid" is very vague. What acid and what concentration?

If it's gone opaque (over how long?), then I strongly suspect replacement is required.

But we need some help here.
