STAAD FEM of pipe connection

I needed to create a FEM of a vertical pipe and an inclined pipe joint in STAAD. Inclined pipe is connected to the vertical pipe at 33 deg. I was able to create vertical pile FEM using 3D circular repeat command. However, I am not sure how to do the same for inclined pipe since axis of rotation of the pipe is not parallel to any of the global axes. A tutorial of K or Y connection FEM in staad would help.
