Hello everyone, I'm conducting a thermal load with thermal gradient in a structure analysis with FEM , after conducting static analysis ( Wind, snow, permanent loads ....) . My objective is to get the reactions forces at the piles foundations . After thermal analysis , I get high values at the 3 translation directions in some piles heads especially at vertical direction which I didn't expect.
Does Anyone have experiences with such case or any suggestions to confirm or deny these results ?
