spacegear mark II 48

I HAVE problem with safety (protective) cover on Mazak Space Gear Mark II 48 cutting machine. When I am turning machine ON It closing cover and I can’t open it when I try open, it opens to half table length and back up to full close position. We change Port Solenoid (sensor) but didn't help. Even Mazak support can't help.
