SolidWorksLicTemp in Task Manager

I noticed in the Task Manager there is a new process called SolidWorksLicTemp that started after installing SW2006. Does anyone know what this does? Is it spyware?

It's not Spyware, but it's new for SW06. I don't worry much about it... it's setup to run when you boot your system
