Hi

I work in the UK and produce drgs to BS8888. I'm looking into whether we can use the SolidWorks hole tables without further modification. I don't think the symbols SolidWorks uses for CSK, CBORE, DEPTH etc are used in the BS spec? Does anyone in the UK use these symbols and if so how do they relate to the BS spec?

Thanks

Rattler,

I think you should be ok. I believe BS8888 Complies to ISO ISO 1101:2005 & ISO 5458:1998. Those sysmbols are acceptable to those standards. So if BS8888 does comply with the ISO Standards you should be ok.
