Hi Guys,

First post here.
Already search for google long time but cannot fine any help on it.

I need to cut some slots on a cylinder part, but cannot find a way to measure that to make it perfectly even.

The ideia it's to cut 8 slots around the cylinder part.

Thanks in advanced.

You have to make reference plane where you want your slots to be, and when making the plane, consider that this will be wheere you gonna draw your slots. Then in that plane, draw slots and cut . That is it.

I would think you could just draw 1 slot and then just use a pattern feature to duplicate it evenly around your cylinder?
