I need to represent two low voltage circuit breakers mechanically interlocked, N.C. and N.O. respectively. How do you simulate this with SKM software ?

Just open one of the breakers. There is no way that I am aware of to directly model the mechanical interlock. You can add a note to the one-line.

I sometimes do it with the two breakers "in series" with an ATS. That way I'm sure I don't forget to turn one on/off (by switching the ATS position)
