Simulating wrapping film

Is there any way to simulate clear wrapping film around package (bundle) in SW? The intention is to design a bundle opening mechanism and demonstrate clear wrapping film being cut and removed.
Maybe I should use some other software, I've seen some amazing Blender simulations online but that's completely new to me.
