How to use "show Energi/virtual work diagram" for story drift control.
is it corect that every element that recieve lower energy must be increased in section?

From the help...

ETABS determines the energy per unit volume associated with each element in the structure.

ETABS normalizes all of the calculated energy values such that the largest one has a value of 100.

By adding material to the members with the higher energy per unit volume (higher index in ETABS) you will be getting the biggest reduction of displacement.
