I urge caution with this. The three decimal precision comes from the von Mises criterion for yielding, so the shear yield strength = 0.577 times the tensile yield stress. The ultimate shear stress is more random, and the the ratio is variable. I would use 0.6 (with an appropriate safety factor) or perform testing to obtain an accurate number.
