My model is not a beam section. I am aware of the fact that for beam section I can calculate shear force in ANSYS or ABAQUS. But I am not understanding how to calculate shear force(any face) for my model? Your comments would be highly appreciated.
Thank You.

In Abaqus you can request the NFORC (nodal force) variable and use Free Body Cut tool to obtain total force at a given section of the model. Another way is to ise Integrated Output Section feature and request SOF variable (total force on the surface).

But in that way I will get total force. But I want to know the shear force in that particular face.
