Seismic source between A and B 1

Assuming that per soils report the seismic source is between A and B,is it possible to interpolate the values of seismic source A and B to come up with a reasonable input value?.
 
No. However, it is prudent to assume the worst condition as basis for your design.
 
I agree.

Use the worst case for the seismic factors. The factors are best guesses anyway, generated by geologically limited time data. Do not try to cut corners with seismic loads, ever.
