What are the advantages of an SA-350-LF2 tubesheet over SA-516-70?

SA-350-LF2 material is appropriate for lower temperatures (up to -48Celsius) were SA-516-Gr70 possibly must be normalized and impact tested, according tubesheet thickness and design temperature (see UCS-66)
