SA 182 F53 REDUCTION IN AREA % REQUIREMENT 1

Respected members could you please clarify I have received MTC for SA 182 F53 FLANGE 3/4"#150 B16.5 WNRF in that they have mentioned reduction in area value but as per SA182 TABLE 3 FOR F53 with reference to foot note A this value need neither be performed nor a value reported.Can i accept material ?

Yes. This would be additional information stated on the MTC.

Mr Metengr but in foot note A why wording is there NOR A VALUE REPORTED

All footnote A means is that a test value is not required to be reported. If you have a test value that is for information purposes and not required to be part of the MTC. Having a reported ROA does not violate the material specification.
