Running Analysis to Optimize Thickness

I am running a stress analysis to optimize length of a part. I would like to know how I can compare several different stress outputs for different lengths of a part easily. Is there a built in method for Mechanica to compare the analyses of several different parts? Thanks for any help. Sorry if this question seems amateur, but I am quite new to the whole FEA thing.
