Hi,
I have a 12mm thick beam and i am feeding wires through it. I am currently using a plastic cable gland, but i want to use some type of rubber grommet. The cable size is about 18mm in dia and i need the grommet to seal(IP66), but it needs to fit this 12mm thick beam, a lot of grommets are for thin materials!

Thanks

Heyco 8439. McMaster also lists many similar fittings. I believe they are referred to as "liquid tight strain reliefs."

DOD-STD-2003-3 shows lots of watertight cable penetrators & stuffing tubes
