Reuse Library - Naming Rule not working

I changed the renaming rule in the Reuse Library but it doesn't work at all. When I click add assembly it doesn't use the rule. I'm not sure if there's a clone method that I need to implement first before this works. I was also wondering how to change the import options currently on ASSEMBLY CONSTRAINTS. I'm using NX7.5 please help.
