Requesting for the ASME Design & welding standard for Slag Silo

Dear,
I want to make a Slag Silo with a Diameter of 4500mm & 8500mm height & shell thickness is 10mm with conical bottom.
Anyone knows about the ASME Design & welding standard for Slag Silo or Australian Standard. Please reply me
