We got an email stating the Vicor will not longer be producing several of their PRM products. Anyone know if Vicor is planning a replacement or a good alternative that still meets military standards?

Part numbers: P036F048T12AL, P036T048T12AL, P024F048T12AL, P024T048T12AL, MP028F036M12AL, MP028T036M12AL, and a few others.

Any help appreciated.

Seems to me Vicor would be in the best position to answer whether or not they have an alternative...

If there isn't a drop-in replacement, manufacturers sometimes offer 'lifetime' buys. So you estimate how many you are going to need for the life of existing production contracts and spares and write a big check. Either that or start looking for distributor stock.

I see that the PRM P024F048T12AL data sheet is marked "END OF LIFE" and "Not Recommended for New Designs"
