Has anyone ever use a reliable oil-in-water(OIW) analyzer with some success in the heavy oil industry in particular the SAGD(Steam Assisted Gravity Drainage) application in Alberta?
We want to accurately monitor the OIW continously coming out from the FWKO/Treater in the Bitumen Treating area where temp is 120C and press is 350 kPag. The conc of oil in the produced water coming out from the above vessels range from 50 to 1000 ppm. Currently samples are taken and analyze in the plant lab every 2 hrs.
Thank you.

At the place where I work we use Jorin analizer. They seems to be quite good but I dont have enough experience on this matter and cant stronly advise product of this company.
