Regarding cran rail welding

Dear sir,
To weld the cran rail of CR 100, which electrode we have to use.
We want to implement the SMAW process instead of thermit welding.
Pls suggest best and commonly use electrode.

I recommend you look into Metrode Railrod and the associated fabrication practices they prescribe.
