I'm working on a network with a deep file structure and long-ish directory names, so that when I insert a reference file into one of my Mathcad documents the displayed path is almost always wider than the page. Since it doesn't wrap, when I print the document the end of the path (with the most important part: the reference file name) ends up on a separate page at the end of the document.

Is there a way to either make the path wrap, display only a relative path, or truncate the displayed path? I have tried using a relative path to the reference, but Mathcad still displays the full path.

I forgot to mention that I'm using Mathcad 7 Standard.

Map a drive to a point high enough to contain all the files, but deep enough to make the path short enough.

Thanks, that's a great idea. But I'd like a solution that works for anybody who opens the file, if there is one.
