THAT'S MY QUESTION:
"MAX FASE VELOCITY" FOR AIR PREHEATER IS THE SAME OF AIR COOLER (ABOUT 600 FPM)?

I THINK NO, BECAUSE AIR MOISTURE DOES NOT CONDENCE.
