Radiography in shell with thickness 1.25 inch

Dear all. According to table UCS-57, the nominal thickness above which full-radiography is needed is given as1.25 inch for P.no. 1 and Gr.1,2,3 material. Does this include the thickness 1.25 inch as well?
 
No. See Interpration VIII-81-102 if semantics is an issue in the translation.

Do you mean that full radiography is for only nominal thickness above 1.25 inch and not for 1.25 inch?
