i have no personal experience with plutocen. the only reference i found is the following, which is quoted from this paper:
The recent use of the additive in China is reported by industry sources to have resulted in the widespread
damage to the cylinder and valves of vehicles. This is speculated to have been the result of too much additive
(many times the recommended dosage) being used.
i admit, it probably won't be of any help, but the fact that there are almost no reports of practical experience to be found might be telling something.
