I only have a guess.
Check your work layer and make sure that specific layer is visible in your drawing.

This isn't a Pro/E or Creo help forum - look at the Window Title in the video - it's not even NX.

I guess that explains why it didn't work.
I work mostly in NX, but occasionally in CREO.
