I created an assebmly that I thought would make a good template. But when i copied the the assembly and its components to a new directory, much of the associativity was lost and there are now question mark symbols next to many of the features in the design tree.

Any suggestions?
Thanks.

You will need to use SolidWorks Explorer to coppy the assembly.

Rob is correct. Do not use Windows Explorer.

I think you can also go to File/Find References/Copy Files to a new folder.
