Hi All
I would like to know if someone has information or paper about dirt process water properties (pH, solids, gas) in plastic (PE and PP - film and solids) recycling plants.

Doesn't that depend on the source of the material? Food/beverage containers will wash out rotting food, molds, etc. Other containers might have oils, chemical residues, etc.

use can read some book: wastewater treatment, its not difficult. In the plastic waster industry, wastewater's composition almost is soild, some vegetable oil, sand, and starch. You can analyze to know some factors: TDS, TSS, BOD, COD, color level, smell level
