I have the same problem. We have just started producing bubble wrap and we cannot find the correct formulation.

We are at 40% lldpe and 60% ldpe and many bubbles was popped. A complete row comes out deflated. I don't know if it is the mixture, because I have The lldpe has been increasing from 15% but the film came out very weak, that's why we have been increasing, but complete rows of strikeouts continue to appear, someone had the solution, I see that mah1975 you had the same problems as me now, please give me a message and tell me how you solved it, and what advice you give me in the mixes, or if someone else can help me, it will be really appreciated
