I have an application where I'll be pumping ethanol at -75°F. I was originally thinking of going with air operated 316 stainless steel diaphragm pumps, but I'm running out of options once I hit -40°F, I believe due to the plastic / rubber diaphragms and seals. Can someone maybe recommend a better solution for this type of fluid? Thanks.

Thank you for your responses, I'll look into these options.

One more question on the matter. Air diaphragm pumps are positive displacement, and positive displacement pumps typically require pressure relief. In the installed systems I've observed, I didn't see pressure relief installed. Is it possible to perhaps limit this through the air side of the pump?

Thanks again.
