Could anyone share how to model an expansion joint with limit rod tightened on one end in Caesar II?

Read the Caesar II User Guide supplied with your software.

THERE IS ANY WAY TO CALCULATE THE BENDING STIFF OR THE TORSION STIFF (IN.LB/DEG) OF A RUBBER EXPANSION JOINT???, IN CATALOGS ONLY SHOWS ALLOWABLE MOVEMENTS (IN or DEG), GENERAL SPRING RATE (LB/IN), AXIAL SPRING RATE (LB/IN) AND ROTATIONAL SPRING RATE (LB/DEG), THANKS REGARD.

The simple answer to your question is, there is no way.

The only realstic route to obtain proper results for a typicl rubber EJ would be with a calibrated test rig.

There are many reasons for this, for example, the longitudinal rotational spring rate of this kind of EJ is a fuction of axial compression. It is not a constant value as would be found in a metallic unit.

However, in most cases, for the normal range of imposed movements, the forces and moments developed by a rubber EJ are so small as to be insignificant.

You should contact the manufacturer for this information.
