I am running proE2000i2 in windows 2000 and cant seem to get the middle button to work. Anyone have any clue on how to get it to work? Or what the mouse software must be set to?

Try three button mouse setting in the control panel getting loaded the latest of mouse config for three buttons. It is better to use mouse with scroll button as it is faster & helpful in other application softwares.
