3Dconnexion space ball doesn't work..... 1

Hi,
I can't use my 3Dconnexion Spaceball on PTC Creo 11.
The Spaceball works on NX, AutoCAD and other CAD systems, but not on Creo.
Not only that, but the mouse doesn't do any usually commands that other CAD systems use (like Zoom in/out, pan, rotate, etc.).
What could it be the issue? Maybe the "Settings"?....

That's OK, the issue has been solved.

Sure,
The Spaceball was not active; I double clicked on the icon and everything was alright.
