Process taps configurations

Hi,
I am trying to learn the types of process tappings available for a process line or orifce fittings.

I cant find any diagram/schematics through GOOGLE. So i was wondering if anyone here could help me with a link or something.

Reason is that our end user requested for flanged connection in the process taps for orifice fittings but our vendor can only supply standard 1/2" NPT. I need some diagram to show me the difference.
