problem installing Matlab 7

I'm trying to install Matlab 7 but at about 20% of the installation I got the error of unknown exeption "invalid entry size (expected 5233292 but gut 5233293 bytes)".
I'm installing it on windows XP.
What is wrong and how i can fix it?
