Hi Everyone,
I am working on Ansys-flotran, the problem is flow over a flat plate with finite thickness.I have been trying to apply heatflux(say 200) on the upper surface of the plate using the GUI
..Preprocessor>loads>Define Loads>Apply>thermal>HeatFlux>On lines
The plot of Heatflux I am getting, is tapered on the 2 ends,that is ,at the 2 ends for a certain length the HeatFlux is not the 200 but 100.How do I fix this problem?
Can anyone help me with this?
