PQR-WPS-WPQ under IACS rules

Hello,
a client ask me to be under IACS rules for welding works. I have already qualificate my welding dossier by ASME and UNE-EN by notified body.
Then, is it enought or other company like LR or DNV must certify my welding dossier? Maybe is only my client who should be under IACS rules and then, my welding dossier must be acceptable?
