Dear frienda,
I have 7.6mm,10.3mm,11.6 and 16 mm thickness of three different thickness in which thichness i have qualify the PQR to cover the all three thickness range ...i have the impact test requirement also.....

What is the construction code ?

gkvengat,
Even you have not told us the applicable code, the 10.3 mm could qualify for such a variety of thicknesses to the majority of codes
regards
wegm

wegm,
In accordance with ASME IX QW 403.6 the minimum thickness qualified is 10.3 mm so how does that qualify a thickness of 7.6 mm ?
Regards,
DD

Per B31.3, the 10.3 mm coupon qualifies for all your thickness [ T/2 to T + 1/4"). Per ASME VIII the 10.3 mm plate qualification qualifies the range of 10.3 mm to 20.6 mm per ASME IX.
