1) Does there exist a coating which will both bond to a cast polypropylene sheet and give it a higher 'paintable'/printable characteristic, while exhibiting at least a moderate flexibility?

2) Is there an effective additive or resin that can be added to the same polypropylene sheet material (currently talc-filled) to give it a better lay-flat for print runnability (currently appears to have thermal-mechanical stresses producing a wavy tendency). Was hoping to find a component that would make it more forgiving in extrusion.

Thanks in advance for insight on either or both.
