PLug for Bell end of pipe

Our company lines pipe and it gets spinned to the inside of the pipe including the bell end of the pipe - does anyone know of a way to seal off the bell end of pipe so that does not occur?

The lining is cement - have you ever done this before?

No, but I have seen it done with in-situ coating of sewer lines.
