Plate Element Analysis and Design Using sap2000

Hi Everyone,

Just want to know if sap2000 can design plate/shell elements based on specified code requirements say Eurocode 3? I know it is capable of determining resultant forces and membrane stresses across plate elements but how about designing and checking the plate if it passes in certain code specs? Just like ANSYS, ABAQUS or any other FEA softwares?
