Does anybody know what the formulas are for bending stress and deflection of a flat steel plate simply supported on all four sides with applied moment, shear and vertical loading? I don't have access to the reference "Roark Formulas for Stress and Strain." or Finite Element Package.

Any help would be greatly appriciated.

Thanks
