For piping stress analysis, we consider to Dead weight,Thermal expansion, Earthquake, Wind and Water hammer ,Steam hammer and safety valves reaction forces loadcases and also combination of them.
What's the usage of each loadcase and combination of them?

Your reply would be appreciated.

weight + pressure > sustained
weight + pressure + earthquake > occasional
weight + presssure + relief valve loads > occasional
weight + pressure + wind > occasional
weight + pressure + water hammer > occasional but also consider 302.2.4 for pressure design
thermal >displacement stress limits
