Equivalent Tubesheet Thermal Analysis

When performing an FEA on a heat exchanger, one can simplify the tubesheet and tube bundle to equivalent solids, and either Sec. III A-8000 or Sec VIII Div 2 Annex 5-E can be used to determine equivalent elastic properties (E* and v*). However, there is no mention of any equivalent thermal properties, which would be needed for a thermal transient analysis (these parts of the code only mention skin thermal stress, if that is applicable for your analysis).

Does anyone have any tips on how to set up a thermal model of the equivalent tubesheet to obtain reasonable temperature distributions when compared to a thermal model of the explicitly modeled tubesheet (with all the holes, etc.)? For inputs, there is convection data (heat transfer coefficients and fluid temperatures) for the two sides of the tubesheet, as well as similar data for the Hx tubes (inside and outside).
