Where is your Key/First sheet for this project ? .... Is there a Piping Specification that defines all materials and terms

You know the document that defines all abbreviations...

BTW, the drafter is doing a sloppy job with his arrow not pointing to the Piping Penetration symbol..

I also read penetration of floor...and TOS EL 121200 mm, top of support el.

Since it apparently already says "floor penetration" on the drawing, it might be referring to "PlatForm".
