I have asked a previous question regarding bonding of PEEK film and was wondering if there is any other similar film in terms of flexibility and strength? My difficulty lies within bonding the film to itself and epoxy resin. A lower cost alternative would be advantageous as well! Thanks in advance for any help.

Have you looked at biaxialy oriented polyester like Mylar.
